complaints – A short visit to Hellopeter.com sketches a
gloomy picture of how Neotel has so far failed to heed our advice. Over the past 12 months, 78% of the
comments posted in regards to Neotel’s service were complaints of which 20% of were relating to
Billing/Accounts issues, 14% to the service received from Neotel’s Call Centre, et cetera. This does
not mean that there are no people who are happy with Neotel’s service, but it does mean that the
majority of people who have subscribed to Neotel’s broadband services are not happy
campers.
ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa)
will not be among those who praise Neotel for the latest launch. First sort out the network and connectivity
issues before launching more broadband services.
