Unacceptable… 

 

The fact that NeoConnect Prime subscribers have to go through the Neotel call centre to get their data usage figures/stats is unacceptable, especially if one considers that it takes them quite a bit of time to revert with figures.

 

Questions Neotel needs to answer… 

 

Why not give your NeoConnect Prime subscribers the option to get their data usage stats through the Internet like with iBurst and other broadband service providers? Where does the call centre staff get the data usage stats from? It simply doesn’t make sense why it should take them ages to get the relevant stats. A trip to one’s local ‘brick and mortar’ library in search of info doesn’t even take that long. 

 

ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) deplores the way Neotel is ignoring the real issue here. The Average Joes in South Africa should think twice before choosing Neotel as their broadband service provider. Neotel needs to get its house in order first.
