What's happening Neotel?

This is the question one can ask
Neotel’s senior management after it has become abundantly clear that Neotel is still failing to
deliver. For how much longer do South African consumers have to keep up with Neotel’s horrendous
service levels?
Telkom beats Neotel hands
down…
It’s a blooming shame, but even
Telkom beats Neotel hands down when it comes to service delivery and overall customer
satisfaction. This is true if one believes the statistics at hellopeter.com to be a true reflection of what’s
happening out there.
A quick search at hellopeter.com shows a
compliment vs. complaints ratio of 82 vs. 1048 for Neotel over the pass 12 months. This means for every
compliment Neotel received at hellopeter.com, they had on average no less than 13 complaints! This is totally
unacceptable, especially if one considers that Telkom received on average about 7 complaints, iBurst received
on average about 8 complaints, Screamer Telecoms received on average about 5 complaints, Cell C received on
average about 8 complaints and Vodacom received on average about 9 complaints for every compliment received
at hellopeter.com over the last 12 months.
