A lesson in customer service… 

Now some of you may ask why is the title of this article: “What’s happening Neotel?” while it’s clear that great customer service is not a strong point at many other Internet Service Providers (ISPs) as well.  

Well, the reason for the above, is simply because one of our fellow Average Joes has shared the experiences she had with various ISPs (Internet Service Providers) with us, and sorry to say, but her experience with Neotel stands out like a thumb hit by a 10 pound sledge hammer! In fact, we’ve decided to publish her story as is, in the hope that more than one ISP (Internet Service Provider) will actually read and learn from her experiences.
