MTN takes the cake for bad service…
In Neotel’s defense, it must be noted that MTN takes the cake when it comes to bad service. MTN has on average received 19 complaints for every compliment at hellopeter.com over the last 12 months. This is absolutely shocking!!!
Good old-fashioned customer service…
Afrihost is an ISP (Internet Service Provider) which has so far set an excellent example of good old-fashioned customer service. Believe it or not, but Afrihost has received 2 compliments for each complaint left at hellopeter.com over the last 12 months. This is outstanding!!!
ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) loves Afrihost, not only because of the above, but also because Afrihost has proven time and time again that they are committed to cut the cost of ADSL Broadband to the bone for the South African consumer. It will be interesting to see how Afrihost is going to handle all the traffic generated as a result of good service and price cuts, but we will most definitely hold thumbs for them, since ISPs (Internet Service Providers) with an attitude such as Afrihost’s certainly deserves to grow and prosper.
