Web Africa: ISP of the Year ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa), 10 December 2007 While we were on holiday, Web Africa has come out on top in the recent Broadband Survey and walked away with the ISP of the Year award for the second year in a row.
Web Africa ‘…received an overall score of 8.5 out of 10, leading with a rating of 9.2 for ease of use and 8.9 for billing’ (The best and worst ADSL ISPs, MyBroadband, 4 December 2007). In other words, it is clear that ADSL users that participated in the Broadband Survey gave Web Africa very high scores for ease of use and billing. How many broadband subscribers participated in the Broadband Survey? 1600. ‘The recent Broadband Survey attracted nearly 1600 broadband subscribers from across the country’ (The best and worst ADSL ISPs, MyBroadband, 4 December 2007). In other words, a decent number and spread of broadband subscribers participated in the Broadband Survey. |
