Vox Telepreneur lowers cost of ADSL
ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa), 19 July
2009
Vox Telepreneur
has lowered the cost of shaped ADSL to R50 per GB with a flexi-cap, which enables ADSL Broadband users to set their own monthly caps, paying only for the bandwidth they
use.
A step in the
right direction…
ADSL South Africa
(Broadband South Africa) deems the above-mentioned ADSL price cut as a step in the right direction. It should
definitely help to make Vox Telepreneur more competitive in the shaped ADSL market.
Quality of the
ADSL service…
The only thing
we’re worried about though is the quality of the ADSL service offered by Vox Telepreneur, not only measured
in terms of a reliable ADSL connection, but also in terms of the quality of the support offered, et cetera.
Quality normally comes at a price, and forgive us for being a bit skeptical, but our experiences with the Vox
Telepreneur call centre simply didn’t convince us that they are serious about customer service, not to
mention service delivery.
