Yes and no, depending on whether Neotel succeeds to win the hearts and mind of the Average Joes by offering quality products and outstanding service, or fail and become another Telkom, offering low quality products at shocking service levels.

ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) welcomes the fact that Neotel has chosen Vox Telecom as a dedicated distribution channel partner. We do however fear that everyone will lose out if Neotel fails to place quality before quantity.
