Vox Telecom acquires another ISP ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa), 29 January 2008 Vox Telecom, formerly known as DataPro, has acquired JHB based Internet Service Provider (ISP), Online Digital Solutions (ODS).
Vox Telecom is still on the role in terms of acquisitions and expansion. The acquisition of ODS gives Vox Telecom an even stronger foothold in the residential and business Internet connectivity markets. Douglas Reed, CEO of Vox Telecom, pointed out that the acquisition of ODS not only expands Vox Telecom’s client base, but also makes sense in terms of the technical and commercial expertise gained. More good news… The Competition Commission has given Vox Telecom the green light where the acquisition of Storm is of a concern. ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) is happy to see that Vox Telecom is still on the role. It will be interesting to see the end result.
