Vodacom has taken the following steps, as part of the first phase, in their drive to unlock value for Vodacom subscribers:

HSDPA 3.6 with HSUPA -Those of you who are subscribed to Vodacom’s HSDPA service will be delighted to know that HSDPA 3.6 with High-Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA) is now available to you without having to spend the R49 previously charged.

7.2 Mbps HSDPA – Further good news is that 7.2 Mbps HSDPA is switched on across Vodacom’s 3rd generation network of 2700+ sites.
