Uncapped ADSL
Broadband: Telkom offers free 3-month trial
ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa), 24
October 2011
It is no
secret that Telkom recently launched Uncapped ADSL Broadband Packages
of their own after refusing to do so for years. As a result of this Telkom is now offering a free 3-month trial
of uncapped ADSL access at an ADSL line speed of 1Mbps, which comes with a lot of
free goodies. The promotion is called the ‘Get fast uncapped Internet’ and will end by 31 January
2012.

The ‘Get
fast uncapped Internet’ promotion is free, open to all new ADSL subscribers and comes with the
following:
There are no
contractual commitments and ADSL subscribers can cancel or opt-out any time before the promotion ends (31 January
2012) without incurring charges or penalties. The only mandatory requirement is a landline to participate in the
promotion. Needless to say, the telephone exchange in your area needs to be DSL or ADSL enabled and Telkom must be willing to serve the area. Areas heavily
affected by cable theft are normally not served. You can check here whether the telephone exchange in your area
supports ADSL or not.

ended.
ADSL South
Africa (Broadband South Africa) welcomes the free 3-month uncapped ADSL access trial offered by Telkom. It will certainly provide our fellow Average Joes
with the opportunity to test drive the uncapped ADSL access service offered by
Telkom.
