Telkom's smiling after ICASA ruling ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa), 17 December 2007 Telkom must be smiling after ICASA recently ruled that the telecoms giant is not in breach of ADSL Regulations regarding the provisioning of Uncapped ADSL Broadband.
In what must come as good news to Telkom investors and other role players ICASA made it clear in a recent ruling that Telkom is not in breach of ADSL Regulations regarding the provisioning of local Uncapped ADSL Broadband. While they may have a party ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) and others will not join the celebrations because we smell a large dead rat to say the least. The rest we will leave open to interpretation or the imagination for that matter. |
