In other words, ICASA failed to comment on these issues and didn’t handle it in the CCC ruling as promised. Is Cleghorn going to give up? No. Cleghorn made it clear that they will “…have to take it to the next level...” (ICASA rules in Telkom’s favour, MyBroadband, 11 December 2007). In other words, Cleghorn is not going to give up. ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) wishes Cleghorn all the best in ultimately winning his case against Telkom.
