Telkom’s ADSL Broadband top-up service is called AllAccess and allows a Telkom Internet ADSL Broadband subscriber to purchase extra bandwidth on his/her existing username. He/she may use a credit card to purchase extra bandwidth at a cost of R64.76 per GB for standard shaped SAIX bandwidth from Telkom. This is about 6% cheaper than Axxess’ R69 per GB and about 7.5% cheaper than Web Africa’s R70 per GB.

Like already mentioned above, Telkom’s ADSL Broadband top-up service may be cheaper and more competitive price wise, but Axxess and Web Africa offer a better ADSL Broadband top-up service in terms of functionality and otherwise. Unlike Telkom, Axxess’ and Web Africa’s ADSL Broadband top-up services allow for the rollover of unused bandwidth from one month to another.

ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) welcomes Telkom’s ADSL Broadband top-up service since it will help to place downward pressure on the cost of additional bandwidth.
