DCASA? What is DCASA?

DCASA is the alias ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) has given to The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA). This happened after ICASA gave in to political pressure from the Zuma-led administration, made a u-turn and tried to stop Telkom’s sale of 15% of its holding in Vodacom to Vodafone in the UK earlier this year.
