It is clear from the above that employees lower down in Telkom’s organizational structure have more than one legitimate reason to strike. It must also be written that Telkom’s senior management team is not the only senior or executive team enriching themselves at a high cost to the company and the rest of the employees. The executives of more than a dozen companies out there follow the same strategy but at a much smaller scale than Telkom’s executives.
