Are you sure, will outsourcing not help to streamline operations and result in greater benefits for all like improved customer service, et cetera? No, not in the case of Telkom.
ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) believes in the power of outsourcing when it’s done in a responsible manner, and by a management team who actually cares for the welfare of their workforce. We doubt however if Telkom’s current management team has the ability to manage outsourcing in a way that's beneficial to all parties. |
