Overall picture remains positive…

It must be said that broadband growth will slow down in certain areas, and even stagnate or become negative in others because of current financial and economic conditions, but the broader picture remains positive (at least for now). 

ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) remains positive about the prospects of broadband. We believe broadband can be used to realize economic and financial efficiencies, which would not be possible otherwise, to give a financial system that’s mostly based on usury or charging interest on loans for that matter, the chance to sustain itself for a little longer before the next complete collapse or World War for that matter.
