New iBurst CEO: Jannie van Zyl ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa), 4 July 2009 Jannie van Zyl, senior consultant to Vodacom, has been appointed as the new CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of the WBS (Wireless Business Solutions) or iBurst Group.
Jannie promises to introduce positive changes at iBurst... It seems that iBurst, which enjoys market share just short of 10% at the moment, is set to blossom under Jannie’s reign. This is true if one believes Jannie when he promises that we can look forward to innovative products, improved customer service and better billing. Getting the basics right… The above being written, Van Zyl makes it clear that we should not expect to see fireworks in the next few weeks, because the new management team wants to get the basics right before setting off the fireworks. ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) sees it as a step in the right direction, because getting the basics right is after all the foundation on which a successful business can be build. Many businesses alienate customers and clients because they fail to get the basics right. |
