An apology and explanation… We demand a public apology and explanation from the Neotel CEO himself. Ajay Pandey should tell us, the Average Joes, that he acknowledges Neotel’s mistakes and what he is doing to get things sorted. If not, we should help clear the way for Neotel’s speedy diminish or we will only have ourselves to blame for helping to create another ‘telecoms tyrant.’
ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) is of the opinion that Neotel has become much worse than Telkom given the short space of time in which they have messed things up for us.
