Just one visit to hellopeter.com and one realises that a growing number of Average Joes are not only disgruntled with Neotel’s service, but also very upset about the state of affairs.

Frustrations ranges from incorrect billing to empty promises made in regards to planned network rollouts. All of these frustrations are knocking huge holes in the newly painted Neotel outfit, rending it a ‘sitting duck’ in the telecoms arena. We have placed our trust in them in the hope that they will deliver positive telecoms change but instead they are inflicting more ‘telecoms terror’ on us.
