MyADSL Broadband survey results ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa), 26 November 2007 It is clear from the recent MyADSL Broadband survey that Telkom, Internet Solutions and Verizon Business are fighting it out for the first place where ADSL Broadband is of a concern in South Africa.
The survey ‘…which attracted 1597 respondents, pitted the various broadband services, wholesale ADSL providers and Internet Service Providers against each other. Various parameters, including download and upload speeds, value for money, latency, reliability and support were measured’ (ADSL Shootout, MyBroadband, 26 November 2007). In other words, it is clear that the MyADSL Broadband survey is capable of giving a very accurate picture of ADSL service providers in South Africa because various parameters are measured. |
