Step by step instructions on how to order an ADSL Broadband service from Telkom:

• Contact Telkom on 10219  or  0800 237 500. 

• Kindly ask the operator you wish to order an ADSL Broadband service. 

• Specify the ADSL line speed  needed. 

• Tell the them you have a preferred ADSL Broadband Provider (ADSL ISP) for the DSL service. 

• Telkom also offers a modem based on a 24 month contract for the ADSL line rental, should you not require the modem or do not wish to enter into a 24 month contract with them, tell them you do not need their modem. 

• Finally, make sure you take the reference number down and email it to your preferred ADSL Broadband Provider with your contact details for them to assist in the installation follow up calls to Telkom.
