ADSL Broadband: Capetonians look forward to super-fast broadband connectivity
ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa), 27 February 2012
Whether it’s just another political ploy or not stands to be seen, but Helen Zille, Premier of the Western Cape, has recently made it clear that they are planning to get all Capetonians in the Cape Town metropolitan area connected to the Internet at network speeds exceeding 100Mbps by 2020.
In what Zille describes as a “game-changing infrastructure agenda”, they’re hoping to in the initial phase get “…every school and 70% of government facilities in the province…” connected to a super-fast broadband network by 2014 (100Mbps broadband for everyone: Helen Zille, MyBroadband, Staff Writer, 17 February 2012). They’re hoping that they’re plans to get all Capetonians connected to the relevant broadband network will culminate by 2020, in line with the government’s plans to get all people in South Africa connected to the Internet by the time. Zille has made it clear that already “…20 provincial government buildings, around 50 City of Cape Town buildings, and 50 municipal sites are connected at speeds of 100Mbps or more” (100Mbps broadband for everyone: Helen Zille, MyBroadband, Staff Writer, 17 February 2012). This is lightning fast compared to the Internet connectivity speeds most Average Joes experience at this stage, despite the fact that some claim that 100Mbps will be a thing of the past by 2020. So what if it will be a thing of the past, anything faster than what we have to contend with currently will do, as the saying goes… beggars can't be choosers. This is despite the fact that ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) is of the opinion that, by 2020, most of the Average Joes who have chosen to acquire or buy precious metals such as gold and silver now, especially in the form of gold and silver coins, most definitely won’t be beggars (or slaves for that matter). In fact, we don’t see ourselves or our fellow Average Joes as beggars to any extent of the mind, because unlike the banking powers and their political allies will have us believe, each and every Average Joe has the potential to break out of tyranny, especially when part of a team… call it one giant team consisting of Average Joes if you like. This is why they constantly divide us through all kinds of nonsense; sugar-coated lies (deception) and what have you. Wow, what a jump some will proclaim, from Internet at speeds exceeding 100Mpbs to the banking powers and their political allies… the two subjects are totally removed from each other. Yes, removed to a certain extent, but not when it comes to who will provide the money to fund such a “game-changing infrastructure agenda”. Yes, you’ve got it right, the Reserve Bank, which is a privately owned institution, will create the money out of thin air and loan it to the government at interest, directly or indirectly, a loan with interest you and me will have to pay back through taxes and what have you. In fact, their idea is to create endless mountains of fake debt, fake debt because it is brought into existence through the legalized creation of fake or counterfeit money, fake debt that we can never hope to pay back while we fall for their global fiat Ponzi scheme (the “paper gimmick”). They are in fact busy enslaving us. This is not to take away from the fact that Capetonians can look forward to lighting fast broadband Internet network speeds by 2020, it is just to say that ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) deeply cares about our fellow Average Joes. This is why we are involved in more than one legal initiative to try and protect your interests against grievous wolves. Make no mistake about it, we’re by far not perfect, but at least we’re trying…
ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) welcomes the fact that Helen Zille and her team are planning to get all Capetonians in the Cape Town metropolitan area connected to the Internet at network speeds exceeding 100Mbps by 2020. However, let’s hope that it all happens at a reasonable cost and that it is not just another case of political gain at a cost to the Average Joes. As Abraham Lincoln stated: “You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.”
