Fundamentally Telkom is as strong as ever, and even stronger, despite Neotel’s imminent entrance into the residential market and other developments. It seems that the market is over reacting, or as noted above, it might be a case of a share price that was inflated by speculators and started to come down. Non-speculative investors that still hold Telkom shares should sit tight and not make the mistake of selling their shares for the wrong reasons.
