What are they planning to do with all the extra money?

Waste it like the millions of rand that already went down the drain over the last couple of years. The question we should rather ask ourselves is what ICASA has done to improve telecoms in South Africa besides throwing a spanner in the works? Nothing.

It seems like the bunch at ICASA are preparing themselves for more fat lazy years in which they can sit about in cafeterias, read newspapers and doing their outmost best to fuck up telecoms in South Africa.
