In other words, despite various requests ICASA is doing nothing to rectify the situation. We will have to wait on local loop unbundling in South Africa to see any progress in this regard.
ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) welcomes efforts to bring South Africans cheaper and better telephony services. We’re sure that Telkom will pay dearly on the end of the day for their failure to get in line. It’s just a matter of time now.
