Fiber based ADSL
Broadband Packages
ADSL South Africa (Broadband South
Africa), 29 January 2008
Openweb recently became the first
Internet Service Provider (ISP) in South Africa to launch Fiber based ADSL Broadband
Packages. These packages will run on a new network that’s called the IS Fiber International ADSL
network.
ADSL users, especially the online gamers among us, will simply love these new
packages. Users can expect higher speeds and lower latency and off course decent pricing (1 Gig for R65, 2 Gig
for R129, 3 Gig for R189 and 10 Gig for R569) for which Openweb is known for. This means that your action hero
doesn’t have to walk like a duck or as slow as a tortoise anymore, especially when you’re stuck in fierce
fighting.
