Communications Minister: Newly appointed Padayachie makes right noises ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa), 15 November 2010 The newly appointed Communications Minister, Roy Padayachie, is making the right noises, but whether he will be able to do what’s necessary to improve the telecoms sector in South Africa remains an open question. It’s after all no secret that many of his predecessors made the right noises, but when it came to delivering the goods they utterly failed.
The man for the job… It seems that the bulk of analysts have welcomed the replacement of the controversial Siphiwe Nyanda by Roy Padayachie as Communications Minister and feel that Padayachie is the man for the job. |
