We know that some will be at liberty to kick and scream in defence of Screamer Telecoms with phrases such as 'give them a break they're experiencing teething problems,’ but the truth of the matter is that they were suppose to run proper tests! Why encourage consumers to sign up for your services when you couldn’t even handle traffic before the price cuts? It is clear that you do not care if your service is shoddy or non-existent as long as the consumer coughs the big five in the correct colours with stripes and all! It’s a blooming shame to state it bluntly, especially if one considers for a moment all the people that have come out in support of you just to experience what is probably the worst broadband Internet connectivity in the world.

Help spread the word… 

 

ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) encourages our fellow Average Joes to help spread the word that it’s best to stay clear of Screamer Telecoms for now. There are simply too many people screaming ‘foul play’ and chances are good that you will become a ‘screamer in hell’ yourself when you have to deal with them. Screamer Telecoms needs to get their act together before we can recommend their service to our fellow Average Joes. In the mean time it’s best to jump ship for something better, which you will find if you look for it. 

 

ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) loves to support underdogs, but someone rightly commented that Screamer Telecoms is an underdog that deserves to go down. Cheaper ADSL Broadband is great, but definitely not when it is accompanied by service breakdowns at levels as experienced at Screamer Telecoms.
