It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that the almost total lack of coordination between the different organisational levels in Telkom, among other things, have led to customer service and service delivery that can at best be described as shoddy and non-existent.

ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) is certain that we are going to see the negative impact the changing telecoms market in South Africa are having on Telkom’s earnings. If not tomorrow, we will certainly see it within the coming months.
