Beyond Hedberg’s control… Cell C has made considerable progress with Hedberg at the helm but even he is now throwing in the towel, wanting to see Cell C end up in bed with Telkom.
Hedberg has realized that many of the problems at Cell C are beyond his control. It is therefore no wonder that he wants to see Cell C sucking on Telkom’s teats, which in all probability, will destroy a lot of Telkom shareholder value, should Telkom decide to take Cell C onboard. ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) do not want to see Telkom taking Cell C onboard, despite all the noises Hedberg makes in favour of such a move. Hedberg should move on and not waste his qualities on the likes of Cell C.
