ADSL South Africa agrees with Groenendaal ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa), 21 December 2008 Hans vd Groenendaal has hit the proverbial nail on its head earlier this month in an EngineerIT article named: ISPs just don’t get it! (EngineerIT, 8 December 2008).
‘Stop treating us as morons’… In the relevant article, Groenendaal makes it clear that its time for ISPs (Internet Service Providers) to advance their customer care and ‘…stop treating us as morons’ (ISPs just don’t get it!, EngineerIT, 8 December 2008). Groenendaal then advances and mentions the exact same problem ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) mentioned in a previous article aimed at those call centre agents who do not seem to be able to think outside the box. |
