ADSL line speed upgrade: 10 Mbps ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa), 12 April 2010 Word is out that Telkom is currently trialing a 10 Mbps ADSL Broadband service, and if successful, Telkom’s 4 Mbps ADSL Broadband subscribers can expect an ADSL line speed upgrade to 10 Mbps instead of the 8 Mbps as previously noted.
A step closer to true ADSL Broadband…ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) is certain that most of our fellow Average Joes will welcome any ADSL line speed upgrades, especially if such upgrades can take us closer to true high-speed ADSL Broadband of 100 Mbps and faster (as currently offered in Stockholm, Sweden).
