We expect it to positively impact on the cost of telecoms in South Africa by helping to lower prices. In addition, we expect to see the launch of various bundled offerings which will offer the best of both worlds when it comes to fixed-line and mobile services. Vodacom is for example planning to launch a bundled ADSL/3G/HSPA/WiFi offering. 

In other words, the Average Joes in South Africa can expect to see telecoms price cuts and the launch of various bundled offerings as a direct result of increased competition between Vodacom and Telkom.
