Where are the Broadband Internet Service review lists?

Many broadband Internet service review lists, including those once featured on the ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) website, simply do not get updated that often because of the man hours that need to go into it. In many instances it is not about being lazy, but about the fact that most sites offering such a service simply do not have enough resources to do it properly. It is also no secret that the cost of ADSL Broadband to the consumer has come down considerable since the launch of the SEACOM undersea cable system, and this cost is expecting to decline further as other undersea cable systems go online.
