ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa) feels that we simply cannot afford to sit with a situation where broadband connection speeds continue to drag behind the broadband connection speeds experienced in the rest of the world, where cap sizes and the cost charged for broadband connectivity by ISPs (Internet Service Providers) dictate the level on which we can utilise the power of the Internet.
