10 GB ADSL Broadband for free
ADSL South Africa (Broadband South Africa), 12 October
2009
Web Africa’s new ADSL Broadband network trial has kicked off
on the first of this month offering 10GB of free ADSL Broadband access to participants while the trial
lasts.
A step forward for ADSL
Broadband in South
Africa…
ADSL South Africa (Broadband South
Africa) welcomes the news that Web Africa is giving no less than 8000 participants the chance to test its newly
built ADSL network. This should definitely help Web Africa to smoothen out any teething problems that may be
experienced before the official launch, which will hopefully happen before year end.
Soft spot for ADSL Broadband…
It is no secret that Web Africa’s CEO,
Matthew Tagg, has a soft spot for ADSL Broadband and believes that ADSL is the technology with the most long term
promise.
The investment Web Africa has made and is making in the development of its
new ADSL network can’t be small. If this is not proof enough that Tagg was serious when he confirmed Web Africa’s
firm believe in the future of ADSL in a Finweek interview in 2007, then we’re sorry, nothing will convince
you.
